For as long as we can remember, we’ve made, drank, and shared our family’s recipe with just about everyone we know. Even then, we thought it was selfish to keep it within that circle. We started [koh-kee-toh] in order to give a face to this tradition that we hold so near and dear to us and also as a vehicle to give back to communities & causes that we believe in and want to see thrive.

In 2017 we partnered with Boxes of Love, a charity focused on delivering aid to the central parts of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. These parts of the island have had the longest road to recovery due to the lack of infrastructure and limited access, so placing an emphasis on helping these people was a no-brainer.

In 2018 we decided to team up with Miami-based autism therapy center and school, Crystal Academy, in order to help them with the expansion of their classrooms. The team at Crystal Academy started with the mission of gearing each child’s learning and development to the style that best suits them and has expanded year over year.
